Hotel was amazing and excellent. The staff was professional, amicable. I booked a well laid out and clean room complete with many equipments, a nice view plus normal beds. The breakfast was luxurious! The location was nice, in the Piatti restaurant, convenient to go everywhere.

Everything was brand-new, breakfast was luxury and great, the place had a special atmosphere, and my room included central heating, an electronic key card.

The MINI Club for kids was off the charts, with tons of cool activities that kept us entertained all day. And let's not forget the animation program - it was lit! The wide range of activities for adults was also top-notch, with plenty of stuff to do and places to explore. But the best part? The cross-country skiing! It was a total blast and definitely a highlight of our trip.

The only thing we would've asked for is a better party scene for us young folks. Don't get us wrong, there were plenty of awesome activities, but we wish there were more opportunities for late-night dancing and hanging out with friends.

I always choose this place for my stay. Staff helped me with places to shop. It suits me perfectly with everything I need - Wi-Fi, locker room, pool, restaurant. First visit and no regrets. Will definitely come back for a city break.

the apartment I stayed in had a sauna, which was amazing for relaxation. the food at the hotel was delicious, and there were plenty of activities for kids. the location was perfect for a nice walk through the forest, and the convenience of having a supermarket nearby was great. the modern and clean facilities, friendly staff, and great amenities made my stay very enjoyable. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

I always stay here because the staff helped me with a late departure once. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, outdoor pool, spa treatments. I'm coming back for the weekend. No regrets!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of a beautiful tourist area. The location was perfect for hiking and biking, and it was still close to the town. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a great selection for both breakfast and dinner. Despite the high number of guests, the restaurant was well organized with no waiting time. The hotel also offered a wide range of activities for both kids and adults, and the outdoor pool was superb with heated water.

I chose to visit Glazisko in Szklarska Poreba and booked Platinum Apartments solely for its convenient location near the landmark. However, the presence of both a ski equipment rental service and a bicycle rental service at the accommodation pleasantly surprised me. With a wide range of options available, I was able to easily access all my outdoor activities. Additionally, Palladium Café & Lobby Bar, located within Platinum, provided a delightful selection of choices for everyone.

Staying in the apartment at Platinum was a slight disappointment. The bedroom was considerably small compared to the spacious living room, and the bed was uncomfortably hard.
